This a blog I have created to document the radical life change I have decided to make this year.

This change encompasses:
  • Sleeping/waking schedule
  • Diet and nutrition
  • Exercise
  • Work schedule and work habits
  • Leisure activities
  • And honestly a whole lot more than I could fit into a few bullet points

In essence, I am trying to make fundamental changes in my lifestyle and am changing multiple facets of how I live to achieve that.

I have a whole bunch of spreadsheets and tables detailing all this wackiness which I'll take some screenshots of at some point. Basically, this is the year I have decided to get healthier and happier in a big way, and I've decided to go about in an incredibly structured and comprehensive manner.

2013, HERE I COME.


First, the realization that a possibility of change exists.

Then, the desire awakens to follow through.

Finally, following through without shirking the effort required to make such a deep change.
